Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until evenly combined.
  3. Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry mix. Use a pastry cutter or fork to work the butter into the flour until pea-sized lumps form.
  4. Gently fold in the colorful sprinkles, being careful not to overmix to avoid color bleeding.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and beaten egg until smooth.
