Instructions
- Melt ½ cup unsalted butter with 1 cup white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth (about 1 ½ minutes).
- Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and the entire package of vanilla instant pudding mix until combined and smooth.
- Pour 6 cups Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the white chocolate and pudding mixture over the cereal and gently fold to coat every piece without crushing the cereal.
- Sprinkle 1 ½ cups powdered sugar over the coated cereal and toss gently until the mix is fully dusted and dry to the touch.
