Creamy, pudding-like overnight oats with crushed Oreos that taste like cookies and cream. Ready in 5 minutes and perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos: Place 4 Oreo cookies in a small bowl. Use a fork to crush them into a mix of fine crumbs and small chunks. Set aside about 1 tablespoon of the crumb mixture for topping later.
  2. Mix the base: In your jar or container, combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Layer in the Oreos: Add the larger portion of the crushed Oreos (minus the reserved topping) to the oat mixture. Stir gently to distribute the cookie pieces throughout.
  4. Top and seal: Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on top of the mixture. Screw on the lid tightly.
  5. Refrigerate overnight: Place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, but overnight is best.
  6. Serve cold or at room temperature: In the morning, remove the jar from the fridge. Give it a good stir. If the oats are too thick, add a splash of milk and stir. Eat straight from the jar or pour into a bowl.

Notes

For best texture, use rolled oats and full-fat Greek yogurt. Chia seeds are essential for the pudding-like consistency. Make a double batch for meal prep; these keep for up to 4 days in the fridge. Add a pinch of salt to balance sweetness.
